The Memory Care Program Director is responsible for assisting the Executive Director and Leadership Team in delivering top quality care and programming to ensure the safety and well-being of our Memory Care residents.
If you have:
- Minimum Associate Degree, college degree required
- Three years’ experience in memory care
- Five years’ experience in an assisted living/memory care facility
- The ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
- The ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals
- The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, residents, and the general public
- Knowledge/Skills
- Substantial knowledge of memory care
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language
- The ability to respond to medical emergencies
- Excellent communication skills
- CPR certification
- General/medical knowledge and application
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
- The ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records
- Strong supervisory skills
- Doctor’s statement verifying you are free from communicable disease
