Established by the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) in 1995, National Assisted Living Week is to recognize, celebrate, encourage and honor the role of assisted living in caring for our seniors.

We kicked off National Assisted Living Week with inspiring programs in celebration of this year’s theme, “A Spark of Creativity.” We discovered a whole new world of local art and artists in the Venice and Sarasota area. We also took the front row seat as our residents’ dazzle on the runway in red, white and blue fashion designs as we showcase the American spirit and commemorate the anniversary of 9/11.

At Tuscan Gardens, we believe needing assistance and enjoying a rich, active lifestyle are not mutually exclusive. Our residents deserve to have it all. In fact, our vast experience proves a strong support system can help to boost confidence, improve health and lead to a more fulfilling life.

Moving to an assisted living community should open up a world of possibilities and offer an abundance of joy. Assisted living at Tuscan Gardens provides residents with increased comforts, connections, opportunities and support. Here they can enjoy their privacy and independence, with an assurance that a helping hand is always nearby.

With attentive, caring professionals and licensed nurses on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our residents – and their families – know they are never alone; there’s always someone available to help at any hour of the day or night.

We offer personalized care from loving associates who treat residents just as they would family members. Whether you or a loved one needs help with bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation or medication reminders, assisted living at Tuscan Gardens enables residents to live without the worries, responsibilities and isolation that come with living alone – all within an uplifting atmosphere, surrounded by caring associates and friends.
