We are looking forward to having our residents, their families and friends participate with us in the Life Bio program customized for Tuscan Gardens. Attached are two forms which we need to get started. The Permission Form simply gives us permission to work with Life Bio to put together our resident’s story. The About Me Journal is information which will get the team started. With this information, you’ll be contacted by one of our writers to interview you, obtain photos, background or collateral information, and so forth. We are paying for this entire process and are happy to extend it with our compliments to our residents, our families and loved ones. You will cherish forever the work product of this effort.
