Health and Safety Update

Dear Residents, friends, family and future residents,

Due to the continued concern of outbreak with the coronavirus, we are asking all family, friends and visitors to read this message. If you have recently traveled outside of the U.S., we ask that you do not visit our community. We want to protect our residents and associates, to avoid any possible spread of illness. Signs have been posted at the front entrances of our communities expressing this request.

For family, friends and visitors who would like to visit, we ask for your patience. We have set up a prevention protocol at the entrance of each community. We ask that you kindly sanitize your hands, wear a mask (if applicable) and have your temperature checked prior to signing in and visiting your loved one. If your temperature is 99 degrees or higher, we will ask for your cooperation in not entering the community at this time.

Residents admitted to the community or readmitted to the community from hospitals or rehabs are being assessed for symptoms of illness, to include flu-like symptoms or symptoms of respiratory infection. Appropriate infection prevention practices will be implemented accordingly as needed.

For our associates, upon arrival for their scheduled work, their temperatures are being checked prior to beginning their assignments. Associates are encouraged to stay home if they are feeling ill, have flu-like symptoms or symptoms of respiratory infection. We will continue to follow our precautions with increased cleanliness and sanitation for high touch surfaces.

If you have any questions, please contact any member of our leadership teams. We thank you in advance for your cooperation as we join together to ensure the health and safety of our Tuscan Gardens family. Thank you for allowing us to keep our communities free of health issues.

Respectfully,

Team at Tuscan Gardens Senior Living
